CBT Cognitive Behaviour Therapy
Cognitive behaviour therapy also known as CBT is a therapy that treats problems by altering thoughts and behaviours. Focusing on solutions and encouraging you to challenge unhelpful thoughts and change destructive patterns of behaviour.
CBT therapy includes learning how to identify and challenge unrealistic and unhelpful thoughts. Enabling you to be able to develop better problem solving skills. It is especially useful for clients who suffer with anxiety, OCD and depression. When used in conjunction with hypnosis this is called cognitive hypnotherapy.
