Mindfulness Therapy In Chester

A simple yet powerful and potent way of  enabling you to deal with many of your everyday problems.

How can I help?

Real therapy for real people, beyond an App

You may be someone who performs at a high level, professionally capable, self aware and used to managing complex demands- yet still experiencing underlying anxiety, persistent overthinking or patterns that don’t fully resolve despite your insight.  Whether you want to get rid of an unwanted habit or behaviour, gain relief from troubling emotions or have more emotional resilience and greater self-belief to make those important changes in your life, then I can help you achieve genuine, effective, powerful, positive and rapid change.

I offer a discreet, high level therapeutic service that integrates Hypnotherapy with evidence based CBT, Mindfulness and NLP. This is structured one to. one work designed to address the underlying mechanisms driving stress, emotional dysregulation, and cognitive overload-rather than simply managing symptoms. Due the depth and individualisation of this process, I work with a limited number of clients at any one time. This allows for a high level of focus, continuity, and tailored support throughout our work together.

This is a premium, results orientated service and is best suited to individuals who are ready to engage consistently, reflect honestly, and apply what we work on between sessions.

I can support you with :

  • Persistent anxiety or a consistently elevated stress baseline
  • chronic overthinking and difficulty disengaging mentally
  • High pressure, perfectionism, or fear of under performance
  • Emotional fatigue or burnout despite outward success
  • Complex relationship dynamics impacted by cognitive or emotional patterns
  • A sense of operating below your true capacity

Our sessions are structured, collaborative, and focused on measurable change. alongside developing a precise understanding of your patterns, we implement targeted strategies that translate directly into your professional and personal environments.

Where appropriate, hypnotherapy is used to work at a deeper level, helping to shift ingrained responses more efficiently than cognitive approaches alone. The aim is not incremental change, but a clear shift in how you think, respond, and function, enabling you to operate with greater clarity, stability, and control.

This approach is likely to be a good fit if you:

  • Value depth, precision, and high quality one to one work
  • Are motivated to understand and change long standing patterns
  • Can commit to the process both during and between sessions
  • Are looking for more than surface level coping strategies

This may not be the right fit if you:

  • Are looking for quick fixes or immediate symptom relief only
  • Prefer a more open-ended or purely supportive space without structure
  • Are not in a position to prioritise time, focus, or financial investment in the process
  • Are unsure about engaging in deeper psychological work at this stage

This is a consisidered investment in your psychological performance, emotional stability, and long term well being.
