I have over 35 years experience of working within an NHS mental health team as a specialist CBT psychotherapist, seeing people with all sorts of problems; probably a problem just like yours. Qualifying in 1986 as a Registered mental nurse (RMN) (NMC), followed by a Diploma In Nursing in 1990. Achieving Level 1&2 & 3 in systemic family therapy at the Ulfeculme Clinic Birmingham 1995 -1996. Qualifying as an advance CBT specialist obtaining a post graduate diploma in CBT Birmingham university in conjunction with the John Radcliffe Hospital Oxford in 2001-2002. Qualifying in Clinical Hypnotherapy in 2007 , achieving Master practitioner diploma in Hypnotherapy and NLP in 2008 M/Dip Hypnotherapy/NLP

I have achieved the senior qualification (SQHP) in Hypnotherapy practice with The General Hypnotherapy Register  GHR

2025 training completed  as an approved ADHD assessor with Global ADHD

For your peace of mind I have level  a 3 safeguarding children certificate.

An experienced expert mental health therapist, fully qualified in Hypnosis, NLP, CBT, ADHD assessor and running successful Chester Therapy and Chester Hypnotherapy clinics for 20 years, I am an intuitive, warm and dynamic change therapist.
