In this deeply relaxed and receptive state you will hear a number of suggestions specifically designed to help you control anxiety, improve your self confidence and eliminate negative beliefs resulting in a calm and confident response. Using all three recordings of the series daily over a period of three weeks will give you the maximum benefit.
